How To Make The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg

Place eggs in your pot, completely covered in water.

Add a dash of salt if desired. (I don’t).

Bring to a boil, allowing the eggs to boil for one minute.

Turn off the stove.

Cover the pot leaving the eggs in water for fifteen minutes. I leave them on the stove.

QUICKLY rinse with cold water. (I like my eggs hot)!

Easy peasy peeling!

One large egg has 6 – 7 grams of protein.

My Dad had taught me this years ago. I still remember how proud he was of his unbroken and perfectly peeled eggs.
